The 250 millionth photo was uploaded to Webshots by Geoffrey Dela Cruz, who used the site to share photos of his cousin's wedding. To celebrate this milestone, Dela Cruz won a brand new 5 mega-pixel digital camera and custom merchandise from the Webshots online store. "I have friends and family all over the United States and I have friends serving in Iraq. Webshots brings us closer together by helping me share the pictures I have of all the fun times we've had together," said Dela Cruz.
