Color adjusting functions in PixBuilder. How to change colors using these functions?
First of all think about why you need to change colors? If you want to change tonal balance of a whole photo you can use color adjustment functions such as: Color balance or Hue/Saturation. In anther case, if you will need to change colors in any area of your photo you can use a flexible selection tools in PixBuilder. First of all let s speak about Color range tool. This tool allows you to select a fixed color in whole picture. To use Color range tool follow next steps: Main menu -> Select -> Color range& You can see a Color range dialog window. To select some colors just click on the image under dialog window or on the preview image. You will see selection in preview. A fuzziness and anti-aliasing options allows to wide a color range for selection. Also you can add or subtract some colors for selection by using three modes selected by buttons at right bottom corner of a window. In dialog window you can change a preview scale and preview mode. You can set a selection or image preview mode by selected corresponding option at left-bottom area. After color selection by Color range function you can apply any of color adjustment functions to this selected area. Also you can manually select necessary areas and apply color adjusting for them.
