He also served as a Senior Analyst at the Gartner Group, a leading IT consulting and market research firm, where he created and published its first worldwide B2C e-commerce analyses and forecasts. In addition, Mathieu founded Turning Point Software, Inc., a successful provider of PC-based asset management software to small and medium sized businesses. Mathieu received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and a MBA degree from Athabasca University Centre for Innovative Management in Canada.
