Just before the PMA in Las Vegas kicks off there are so many things to do, organize this, think of that and dozens of those small, but oh so important details. In between those hectic moments we found the time to take a very short look at the new Fujifilm FinePix S20 Pro camera. This new camera is very similar to that of the well-known Fujifilm FinePix S7000 camera but the engineers from Fujifilm did find the time to improve some features and add some as well. The FinePix S20 Pro seems to be more oriented towards the professional photographer or the well-equipped amateur photographer. Features like a PC-sync link, IEEE1394 (FireWire) and a Super CCD SR sensor are making this new top FinePix model noticeable.
Short Impression of the Fujifilm FinePix S20 ProWe are attending the PMA show in Las Vegas next week so if we have enough time left we will give you some more details of the new FinePix S20 Pro, but for now we can bring you a short impression.
Some quotes: "This new FinePix top model features a 6.2 Megapixel Super CCD SR sensor technology. This fairly new technology (introduction January 2003) exists of 3.1 million effective S-pixels and 3.1 million effective R-pixels."," And to give them even more freedom, the Live Video function lets the photographer see the subject on a monitor without having to rely on the LCD display or Electronic Viewfinder." and "The FinePix S7000 had an ISO equivalent from 200-800 but could use the ISO800 only in 3MP mode, after checking the menu settings of the S20 Pro we discovered that in ISO800 setting the FinePix S20 Pro can capture images in a 6MP resolution!"
Hop on over to our short impression of this new FinePix model!
